About the Role
We are seeking passionate volunteers to join our R&S team to help drive the growth of R&S.
The Area Supervisor will reside and operate in the designated country areas as part of the state team and under the guidance of the State Coordinator. The role will be to establish, monitor and assist Roots & Shoots groups in the designated area.
We are looking for help in the following locations
NSW Newcastle and Dubbo
VIC Bendigo and Gippsland
WA Karratha and Kalgoorlie
Specifically, responsibilites will include:

Be willing to commit up to 10 hours a month to the program

Actively promote Roots & Shoots to schools and groups that may be interested in Roots & Shoots

Have some experience in working with youth in the 6 to 20 age group
-
Be able to build a small team of volunteers to assist in managing the program

Be comfortable in preparing and delivering visual presentations to various age groups
-
Respond to emails within 48 hours
-
Have current police and working with children clearances
-
Be available for monthly Zoom of Skype hookups with the State Coordinator
